Balancing your life “spheres”

This exercise is visual, therapeutic, fun, and definitely constructive in the sense it turns into a plan, a roadmap, a vision, a purpose.

1. Define what balance means to you

2. Prioritize your commitments and time management

3. Set boundaries with friends, family, and co-workers

4. Create a routine that works for you

5. Take time for yourself - relax and recharge

6. Find an outlet for self-expression


1. You can't do it all - prioritize and figure out what's most important to you

2. Don't be afraid to ask for help from friends, family, or professionals

3. Take some time for yourself every day to relax and rejuvenate

4. Set goals for yourself and strive to achieve them

5. Find a hobby or activity that brings you joy
