I notice I seem to have waves of feeling great and then feeling not so great. Waves of feeling inspired, focused, in the zone, healthy, energetic, confident, and then waves of feeling defeated, tired, lost, distracted, anti-social. And I would judge myself for these times, “why can’t I feel good all the time.” I came to learn this is all part of the growing process, and unavoidable. Now what is important about this, is that we can see this wave coming, we can accept it, not judge it, allow it, and move past it quicker without letting it run or ruin our life.
